I started with Google Analytics recently on an account with 2 domains only. First created the account from adsense cpanel. All ok. In that domain I see on left colum, under "Content" section a link "Adsense" with usefull information I wanted.
Then added other domain to the analytics account (and pasted code in that site as well).

Now I see on top left of page a drop down with my domains names (View Reports). And in top right of page (View Reports) a drop down with my first domain only.

The thing is when I select my second domain on "View reports" I see all the information but not the "Adsense" link under "Content". Why?

That domain also has Adsense...

I understand I created one account with 2 profiles (and my secondly created profile is the one not showin adsense) isnt's that the way to go?

From Google help:

What is a website profile and what can I do with it?

A website profile is essentially a set of rules that define the reports that you see. Generally, a website profile corresponds with a domain. You will have one profile per domain so that you can view reports for each domain separately [/quote]

If I'm certain, when you do so, you can check the domain in profile, but then a message appears saying you must paste a code simlar to this one:

<script type="text/javascript">
window.google_analytics_uacct = "UA-#*$!xx-x";
</script>

In top of pages containing adsense ads. And don't forget to inlcude the analytics code at bottom after </body> part.

Is that right?

Yes that's correct, I pasted mine at the very top of the pages, it works.

Between <head> </head> or in any particular place?

At the very top, before anything else, that's how I understood it, it works ok
