Google Analytics - Adsense Tracking - All Pages?

I have many sites I want to use Google Analytics for. Included is tracking Adsense. I have the Google Analytics for Wordpress PLugin installed and had asked several places on Wordpress and the makers blog if I needed the additional code for Adsense with the plugin.

Anyway since my Adsense stats are not reporting for any domain except the primary I assume I must add that snippet of code to each site.

Google's instructions say:

"Paste this code at the top of any webpage in this domain that contains AdSense ads."

Does this mean:

1) I can place it in a Wordpress Header?
2) I have to pick out only one page and add it to that page on the domain?

For clarification - I do have the regular tracking working fine - I am only trying to add the Adsense tracking feature.

Thank you!

Not trying to hijack your thread glenv but what code are you talking about, I setup an analytics account last weekend and when I logged into adsense it asked if I wanted to merge the 2, so I did.

Funny thing is, the site I am tracking doesnt use adsense (yet) but adsense tabs are present under 'content' looks good. So I decided to add another site to analytics that does have adsense and NOTHING shows up under 'Content' regarding adsense.

So to recap, one site thats never had adsense HAS an adsense menu with $0.00

The adsense site has no adsense menu or data

The only code is the analytics code provided when adding a site, any ideas?

For my AdSense/Analytics integration, the primary site was added automatically, but for the rest of my sites, I had to add a little extra piece of code to the header, and that had to be on every page where I had AdSense that I wanted to track. Haven't done it yet on everything, as it's a lot of work and some of my seasonal stuff is months off peak times anyway.

Where do we find that code?

I found mine in Overview and then clicking on 'Edit AdSense linking settings'. If all your sites are added you need to click twice on the 'Contune' button at the bottom of the page. The code should show up for each site.
As far as I can tell the code needs to be in each page you want to track. It's really interesting seeing what pages bring in the money and what don't.
