will changing payee name affect current bank desosit.

we have last check from google on 1st december.
Now we want to change payee name of our account (for now onwards).

The check we have received is with old payee name and if we deposit on 2nd it may take 14-18 days to clear from bank.

so if we change the payee name now will it effect current payment from bank.
we do have control over old payee name bank account but we fear that we may need re issue of the check bcoz of change if payee name?

will changing name effect the check which has been already issued in old payee name?

I would suggest asking Google AdSense direct because everyone here [while well intentioned] can only provide speculative or anecdotal answers which may prove unintentionally misleading.

As far I know you can not ask google to change payee name.They will ask you to close old adsense account and open a new one
But as IanCP said,only google can answer this better

It depends on what the name change is for. I legally changed my name and Google changed the info within minutes (I was impressed with their promptness and professionalism).

Now will your bank honor a check with an old name? I am assuming that you are changing your name at the bank too and in that case they will honor all checks with your previous name, especially if you deposit them in your account rather than ask for cash.

i asked this question to google first and waited for 3 days for reply ...but no reply....
We do have decent income and i dont know why google didnt not paid much attention to the mail we have sent.

Any way thanks for reminding us about using contact us..we will try our luck...

about "skyweb" actually ,the google was in name of one person of our company as he is leaving ,we are changing it all...but he is 100% cooperative and ready to assit in all task...
+ we have 100% control over the account,email for now

Saharika, I think skweb situation does not apply to you.

You will now need to apply for a new AdSense account (and change the code on every page) and the payee name cannot be changed for your situation. His cooperation means nothing to Google.
