Setup for thousands of blog feeds?

I run a blog server where the blog URLs are something like:

www.mysite.com/rss.php?id=X

...where X can be one of my 4,000+ user names.

How can I dynamically enter thousands of URLs?

I've been looking into this too, for the exact same reason. The best thing that I've been able to come up with is that FeedBurner has a simple API which will allow you to programaticly add feeds to your FeedBurner account.

I haven't tried it yet, but I've read forum posts from others who have and it appears that the biggest issue is that once you get around 400 feeds in your FeedBurner account, the feed management interface becomes nearly unusable.

I would think that Google would be eager provide a solution to this issue, but so far they haven't.

Thanks. I'm really surprised Google isn't on top of this.
