Using geotargeting with adsense

I want to geotarget adsense and only show ads to US, UK, Canada, Aus traffic.

Is there any country that's likely to bring in good advertisers that I've missed?

Germany, Switzerland. Still lots of money there, plus an audience that speaks English. Don't forget the nordic countries, e.g. Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark. Ah, and what about Ireland?

And the Netherlands, of course... perhaps you should consider Iceland and New Zealand as well.

Iceland? Do they still have money? Last time I heard, they were in a deep financial crisis.
