Is this a new requirement for privacy policies - the specific mention of DoubleClick DART?

What should I put in my privacy policy?

Your posted privacy policy should include the following information about Google and the DoubleClick DART cookie:

* Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site.
* Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

I've just added it to my policy as I sure it will become a requirement. This DoubleClick influence is going to shake things up a lot in the content network I reckon.

yea that's real useful - they keep changing the requirements, and they won't give you the wording or the links. Bleah.

Another change to privacy policy? SHEESH. This Google partnership is becoming high-maintenance.
