Adsense Referrals!

I'm REALLY Going To Miss Them!

Took a look at my adsense numbers today and saw that I got a referral earning that counts for half of my earnings for today so far!

I'm really going to miss the referral earnings even though it seems that I'm just starting to get them on a more regular basis!

I personally won't miss them. 87,000 ad impressions generated exactly $0 earnings. I had already relegated the referral units to locations where I couldn't use any other ad service. Friday I spent some time getting them completely off of my site ahead of the referral shutdown in a couple of weeks. It is too bad they didn't work better. I had found some advertisers which were really complimentary to my site's content.

Same here I'm going to miss them too :( and the worst part is their new affiliate program is for US only publishers. I really don't understand what Google is going to gain from doing this...

Something tells me the Affiliate Network will not be as accepting of publishers as the AdSense Referrals was. I'm hesitant to even try at this point as to avoid having a rejection show against my domain name should I choose to apply in the future.
