hi all,

just want to find out how much is the highest click you ever get from adsense?

Let's put a range:
$5-$10
$10-$20
$20-$30
$30 above

Richard

richardg -

Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

If I'm not mistaken, I believe you've already broken the Adsense TOS with your very first post!

Billy, you are not mistaken. Fortunately for him, there must be a lot of Richard G.s, and it's unlikely that AdSense will be able to trace him....

thanks for the reminder.

i am quite new in adsense. less than 6 months. do not want to get my acc banned for nothing. my post is just out of my curiosity of what is the highest people can get.

is it okay if i just post a range instead of the real amount?

hi there richardg, most of the guys here are cool, just read some posts and you'll see webmasters joke all the time... is just there are tons of Adsense posts on "how to get rich" and "how to get the $100 click" and it gets pretty boring. Good luck

$5-$10
$10-$20
$20-$30
$30 above

You've got your range values wrong! Try:

$0.05-$0.10
$0.10-$0.20
$0.20-$0.30
$0.30 above

Seriously I bet there are many here who have never seen a $1.00 click, I've been in the program from the very start and would say that the amount of $2.00+ clicks I've had I could count on one hand!

When people post about $20-25 clicks it's usually the advertisers who goofed-up meaning to bid $0.20-25, however I do know of one or two who have been the lucky beneficiary of them.

I got a single click above $8 on a parked domain with a Google feed at one point, so I assume that some advertiser must have paid a boatload for it (I assume the parking company takes a healthy chunk out as well)

Hahaha...but he was aking for the highest value not the miserable average some have!

An interesting question would be to know the CTR of a site like Myspace...anyone care to take a stab?

My wife and I recently had lunch at Bennigan's. We each had an ice tea to drink and we split one of their wonderful, and huge, Monte Cristo sandwiches. My highest value click more than covered the tab, but not the tip.

Now if I could just get those clicks every day instead of once every 2 years!

The amount bid for clicks varies dramatically by market sector.

One sector may count $1 as low paying and another may count $0.10 as pretty fair.

Every year or so, I have one in the range $20 to $30

They are very rare, maybe 1 from 200.000 clicks or so
