[pagead2.googlesyndication.com...] nearly 42 hits in 2 days for this month.

what it means, how it is possible for getting visitors through these links ?

Is it possible that you have affiliates (you sell something and your affiliates get a cut) and they are sending traffic your way through Google?

no i am not having any affiliate program, and no adwords etc., ? that's why the confusion

Typo in landing URL of Adwords campaign, e.g. advertiser has entered widgetz.com (your site) instead of widgets.com (his site)? Might be worthwhile to check with Google's Adwords support.
