I'm experiencing issues also, but it doesn't appear to be the usual vanishing-buttons problem that crops up on a regular basis. (Vanishing buttons are enough of a problem that my income went up significantly when I added a text link next to my firefox referral. The text links don't disappear when the buttons do, most of the time.) The buttons are there, clicks are being recorded -- and are, in fact, way ABOVE average. But conversions are not being tracked.

Either:

A) Conversions aren't being recorded.

or,

B) Conversions are being recorded and we'll get a data dump later,

or,

C) Something's preventing downloads -- i.e., users click the button but can't download the apps. So, no conversions.

I have been looking at my stats and reading some other forums.

it seems that clicks are through the roof even though conversions are down about 80-90%. (this applies to google pack AND firefox)

to me this indicates they are having problems with download servers (and people are going other places to try and download FF)

It seems to have started Tuesday evening about 6 PM EST.

If adsense advisors are paying attention to this board.

YOU THINK YOU CAN FORWARD THIS TO THE PROPER PEOPLE?

(with the changes made a few weeks ago with google pack, I'm afraid that complaints about reduced earnings would just get lost in the shuffle)

Anyone see an improvement in stats in the last hour or two?

I've made a "normal" amount of money in the last two hours. However, my traffic tends to be very spikey so I'm not sure if this is statistically significant.

Google still hasn't told me if it's a system issue or an algorithm change. I need to know, dang it.

Just to follow up, my stats are now the low side of normal for a Friday afternoon for four hours running. Cautiously, I'd say they may have fixed the issue.

OTOH, I would expect my stats to be on the high side of normal today because Mozilla's been in the news and I always spike when Mozilla makes the headlines. So .

Yup, back to the low conversion rate again. This SUCKS. If this is a problem, they need to fix it. I'm sending the traffic their way. If it's a change in the algorithm, they need to announce it so we can make some decisions.

(At this rate, I'd make more money with Adsense there!)

I'm trying to be patient, but dangit! Some communication would be nice.

I've noticed with the firefox google toolbar buttons, that I am only getting .25 a conversion, where it should be $1 - any reason why?
