Our old ASA has taken on new responsibilities, and I'm delighted to announce that I will be your new ASA.
Going forward, you can expect greater involvement from our side, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on AdSense, and representing you here at Google.
I look forward to working with you all.
ASA
Thanks for your warm welcome!
I agree with nomis5 that both Google and our publishers will benefit from greater Google involvement here.
In true ASA tradition, I will not disclose my gender or name here, so let the guessing game begin;)
Some more information on me? I am an AdSense specialist based in Dublin, Ireland, and I will be here to answer your questions, and bring your thoughts and feedback (and funny posts) to the Google table.
I see some users have questions unrelated to this thread. I will be sure to respond to them in new threads throughout the week.

Astute but in a brandishing way and proactive in a future intentional tense.

When I eat Kielbasa it goes to my gut, When I drink beer it goes to my leg, when I drink whiskey it goes to my other leg.

I'd like to see such in this forum as well, but only if people are actually going to look at it and possibly respond now and then.
(I don't mean to sound snippy, but compared to the AdWords side, users here have reason to feel like we've been slighted and ignored over the past couple years)
As mentioned here (http://www.webmasterworld.com/google_adsense/3597893.htm#msg3598721 ), we are currently looking at how we can best provide publishers with feedback when requested features are implemented. I appreciate your patience while we work on this.

He also said "true genius resides in the capacity for evaluation of uncertain, hazardous, and conflicting information". Hopefully Webmasterworld will provide the information (mostly conflicting, probably uncertain and maybe even hazardous), and we trust you will be do your best to evaluate it and act on it.
(God love my new Mac! Inline spell checker system wide even in Webmaster World boxes)
Hehe, Khensu, welcome to Mac, and yes.. I use warm and happy to.. I'm most definitely a female. I'll wait for a few more posts before I guess the new ASA's gender ;)
One of these days ASA will be a collection of generic boxes running linux on some server farm somewhere.
We need to come up with some kind of Turing test.
Open the Pod doors Hal... HAl.. Open the pod doors now..
I concur with Hobbs and chocorol, ASA you are female.
Plus Khensu and myself...4-0 so far:-)
That would be helpful for me. It would give me a quick overview of how things have been the last month. I'd like the graphs to be on the first page after login so as long as it goes up I don't even need to run other reports :-)
Only men are sad enough to be on the PC at 07.03
That's pm, not am:-)
At 7pm a woman is probably too busy fixing dinner
Ohhhh...so men don't look after the children (if there are any) or cook?
I know nearly as many Internet fixated females as males and especially so when uttering the e-b-a-y name:-(
My vote is for female, just because of the coy way she won't tell. I don't think a guy would care...
