Blogger.com has a Privacy Policy(PP) already linked from their homepage(which is linked from my blogs anyway),Do i still need a PP for each of my blog?

I don't know how blogger handle the users visiting my blogs so How can I write about it?

Can Google clarify plz

I'm planning to use the "layout / add text" feature to put a condensed privacy policy at the bottom of every page

why not make the privacy policy a post? e.g. the oldest/first post on the blog, then add it as a link in the sidebar.

Can we expect a clarification on Blogger Blogs?I as a Blog user don't own the website so don't know what cookie or whatever is created by blogger so what I write in my privacy Policy?
Also Blogger have their own privacy Policy so do each blog need 1 page for it?
