Western Union bug?

Western Union as payment option appeared in my account although I don't live in one of supported countries. When I try to select it I get "invalid selection" error.

Anyone noticed this? Is it a sign of new supported countries or just a bug?

Now when I log I see this info:

But it still doesn't work. I doubt they're actually working on Saturday, so it's probably a bug :)
