I have the same problem as many of us are facing. I have a blog and running adsense on that for the last one year. Today my channles shows 57 page impressions and 4 clicks but aggregate shows 1700 impressions and 24 clicks. This problem cropped up a couples of days back. Probably the reason is adsense maintenance shutdown of saturday.
The aggregate data of page impressions is in line with my page impression tracker on my blog.

I contacted google 48 hours back and reported my problem. Yet to get reply. I much relieved to see that I am not alone with this problem.
How many of you have contacted google or got any response from them?

I have the same problem yesterday as you have reported. Today it is just showing number of clicks and the value, no channel information shown.

I have just checked my account. Only url channels (all custom channels removed) are showing that too with extremely low page impressions.

Aggregate page impressions are the sum of url channels the same is the case with clicks.

The problem is my report shows 150 impressions and 15 clicks. In actual impressions are 1500+ (as per my impression tracker on my blog) and clicks seems to be ok as per my daily data.

My CTR has reached 10% which is extremely high compared to my previous record. Enough to be banned? I don't know what the hell is happening...can anybody explain...

I have the same problem spanning the last 2 days. At this stage I don't know what to believe in the reports, by that I mean are the earnings displayed even correct?

AdsenseAdvisor said in this thread [webmasterworld.com]:

Our engineers are aware of this aggregate/channels reporting discrepancy and are working on resolving it as quickly as they can. I'll let you know when I know more.

Sorry for any confusion.

I noticed the problem today, immediately panicked - I had been making changes, so what had I screwed up? Then thankfully saw this thread. :)

I have compared clicks on the Aggregate stats with clicks on the Channel stats for this month. They are identical until the 13th of the month when the Channel stats start showing fewer clicks.

I can't easily compare page impressions because sometimes I have more than one channel per page. But some of the page impressions on the Channel stats look very low.

I advice you to add url channels also for your domain. This will give you whole picture.

Let me have your feed back...
