Anyone else having an issue? I've seen similar problems that only last a few hours or a day or so -- this is going on four days (and $$$ lost -- my site does VERY well on referrals with purely organic traffic). I've e-mailed Google but have not yet gotten a response.

I'm running two graphic referral ads.
The right skyscraper rotates with text ads. When the graphic is called, it does not appear. Instead I get text ads with out the formatting I selected. When the text ads are called, they appear with the proper formatting.
The left column graphic never appears and I am running no other ads from G. I am left with an empty space where the graphic ad should appear.
I have shut the left column graphic off and I'm leaving the right skyscraper run to let me know when I can turn the left column graphic back on.
Keep a text file with all your generated ad codes, this is one instance it came handy.
Do any of you use Comcast?
I've heard, but don't know personally for sure, that their system that controls all the web addresses has been messed up, meaning that when you try to go to certain sites, it doesn't know where to send you.
That's what I've heard from tech support people from one of the associate programs I use. I'm waiting until tomorrow to call them.

I have Charter cable at home, I use my job's network, and I also use a dial up and all three have the same results.
I have also tried new code, so it sounds like a good idea to save your code.
I believe the problem lies with the server that is serving the ads. I'm not really sure how long it has been going on but I'm thinking over a week for me.
I miss my graphic ads, please fix the problem G!
I added 468x60 text referral units to two of my sites last week, with 4 or 5 referrals plus keyword referral in each ad unit. Since they went up they were showing a nice distribution of ads, but today, the referral ad units on both of my sites are showing only one advertiser, repeated twice in the same 468x60 ad unit, same advertiser all day long.
If this keeps up for the rest of the day, I'm removing them from my sites...
(Nary a conversion in 6 days, by the way... so they were probably being yanked soon anyway...)
Even with an old Firefox referral showing now, I'm only making 25% of what I normally would. And I'm sending them roughly the same amount of traffic. Something's screwy. Either they're not recording all the conversions or they're having trouble with downloads as well.
I wish Google would get back to me and let me know when they plan to fix things. I could be making more money on other ads in that spot if it's going to be down long term. At the moment, I'm not sure what to do -- yank the Firefox referrals and put some affiliate or adbrite ads there, or wait it out.
Even an announcement HERE would be good.

Yeah. One referral. From the old code I pulled up.
THEY DID NOT LOOK AT THE SOURCE CODE TO INVESTIGATE WHY THERE ARE BLANK SPOTS IN THE PAGE! (Google Pack not showing where Google Pack should be.) Or take me seriously. At all. Or look at my stats, at all, to see that there is a problem as was accurately described in my e-mail to them.
Zero research. At all. I'm ticked. Just a, "No problem here, move along now."

I also noticed that my page impressions for the regular ads that do show are half of what they've been - with the same traffic. I also see clicks through a tracking script, but my account has not updated in around the same time.
