It can also be $0.01 on English website. Depends on the niche.

I know that the price depends on the content and advertising space, thank you for your help:)

You'll get banned from Adsense if you try to target the English-speaking world before you can effectively use the language.

It's spam, it's annoying, don't do it..

Clicks paying 10 to 15 cents US per click aren't too hard to come by on sites targeting a USA market. Clicks in the 25 cent to a dollar range aren't that unusual. But we see a fair amount of complaining here about clicks that pay less than a dime on USA market targeted sites too, so.....

...as always, it depends on the topic, the site, the traffic, etc.

You can get as high as $3 - $5 per click but you will never get paid so the real answer to your question is that a click on a high paying English ad from a web site hosted in China is worth that click minus whatever is already in your account minus that click as well.

People have been banned for much less..

Google calculates some measure of the commercial quality of a publishers site, and what they pay depends on that (along with niche and location of customer). This is sometimes called 'smart-pricing.'

If the people that click on your ads follow through and many of them turn into real customers, then Google pays more. If they just click on the ad and nothing comes of it, then Google will reduce the payout to very little.

So even the people that make websites in the US and UK may not make much per click. The key is to get a good audience in a good niche. Doesn't matter where a person is, but it does matter what they do.
