I'm new and just added adsense to a new site.

My Stats show:

Impressions: 26
Clicks: 3
Earnings: $0.00

I know your not supposed to tell your earnings per click. CPC. But I'm talking about zero earnings so that's not showing anything.

How can google say you got any clicks at all but that it made you no money?

Be patient, you will get paid for the clicks, its just that the stats are sometimes not accurate!

I find they are sometimes a good 24 hours out of date.

Probably they were PSA's. Check if you are getting real ads

The impressions and the clicks are often not recorded in sync.

In other words, on the small sample you have, the income does not necessarily realte to those clicks

Thanks. Still hasn't updated. In the search reports instead of the Ad report here it shows clicks also but shows an earning amount for each click. Even on days after the day of the ad performance showed clicks. It's showing real ads. As soon as I uploaded the pages with the code it was showing real ads in less than a minute. I'll check back in another day or so. It's only 3 clicks and I don't care about those. But my site is new with extremely low traffic so far. I just wanted to make sure everything was working and getting credited before I increase the traffic dramatically with this code in place.

Adsense will show $0 revenue for invalid clicks. If you have clicks with $0 revenue, those clicks were invalid in googles eyes. This has been talked about many times in past threads.

Like ChrisKud5 said, invalid clicks are displayed in the AdSense reports as clicks. Clicks of PSAs and AAs are not.
