Something Im not sure about adsense impression

If I have a site that say receives 1000 unique visitors a day and each visitors view an average of 3 pages. So I have 3000 impressions per day. And my CPM is $2.90

And assume that no one clicks on any of my ads. Does it means I make 3000 / 1000 X 2.90 = $8.70 per day?

But your formula will not work exactly like you described because CPM is not constant. For example you have 3000 page view per day:

1000 page views - CPM $2.90 (lets say 100 ads displayed, average $0.029 each)
2000 page views - CPM $1.00 (lets say 100 more ads displayed at a lower average cost)
3000 page views - CPM $2.05

So you cannot calculate exact "end of the day amount" based on first couple of impressions because CPM changes.
