Google AdSense Outage Monday July 30th?

Did you earnings take a dive Monday?

Some webmasters (me included) noticed a severe pause in AdSense reporting today, where there were no updates for approx an hour or so.

Daily click reporting by Google AdSense today does not even remotely match that reported by ClickAider.

Did anyone else notice a dramatic loss of clicks being reported in Adsense reports today?

This may get fixed after the end-of-day, who knows..

No. Today is highest day this month!
I think, it is very normal for there to be delays with stats.

I noticed that their were less clicks today. But we will see what it says tomorrow.

There was actually a 2+ hour delay in reporting but everything did eventually get caught up.

Added: Your title refers to an Outage. There was no outage, only a delay in reporting.

It's early in the day but yes stats seem to be delayed. Google seem to having updating issues with Analytics and Webmaster Tools also. I don't know if it is related.

We are seeing a BIG loss in clicks starting yesterday across several sites.

Monday wasn't a bad day for me. CTR and total clicks were slightly higher than normal, resulting in a 26% higher-than-average daily total, and it was the second-best day of the month. (On the other hand, the previous Monday was tied for the worst eCPM day of the month. Some days you win, and some days you lose.)

Earnings seemed to have dropped by about 30% for the day.

What happened to all of the clicks, I don't know - just went into thin air :¦

No outage here (West Coast USA).

The last day of each month I seem to notice lower earnings per click. It could be due to advertisers cutting back at the end of the month.

It usually picks up in the first week of the next month.

Something has happened on Monday. All of a sudden 20% of the revenue seems to be gone. I really begin to not like Adsense. All these unexplained issues, the intransparency, the numbers that do not make sense...

Monday was a wreck. Off by 50% at least. Tuesday bounced back to near where I was last week. I don't try to understand it or get frustrated anymore. It is what it is and we'll never be privy to the information to really figure it out. Must be good to be Google.

yes, nearly 50 % impression and earnings gone, i can't understand whether it's due to adsense outage or there is any change in SERP. dull :(

if it's serps, they could not be so dramatic just overnight. please check your stats and report back, is your stats normal an average? If yes it's adsense.

It's the end of the month, budgets run low. Happens every month. My earnings dipped a small amount, by thirty to fifty dollars per day- as they do at the end of every month.

Today, August 1st, earnings back up. Just as they do at the beginning of every month.

I have noticed reporting delays on each of the last 3 days. There was definitely a significant delay earlier today, but everything seems to be back to close to normal at the present time.

Following this conversation reminds me of the "rolling blackouts" that some electricity utility companies use to conserve energy during peak hours.

I wonder if Google has implemented rolling clickouts? If so, they're hitting my neighborhood today :D

Don't know about reporting delays as I haven't micromanaged my intraday stats for a long long time, but I'm not seeing anything remotely unexpected in terms of impressions, clicks, or EPC.

That applies to July 30, July 31, and today.
