Problem editing address

No way to edit state/ province?

I recently change my address. Today I have received my check to my new address, But I've notice that the state (province in my case) is still the old one. Fortunately the check has been delivered to my new address (different state). May be post office based it on the printed ZIP / City.

I logged to my account to check if I forgot to change my state/province, but theres no input box for State/Province.

Attention ASA, is it a bug on the account setup, or publishers cant really change their state, just like the country field?

In the UK we are able to change the Town/ City and County, but not sure if the USA setup is different.
