I have seen there are couple of scripts that will tell, who all clikced on your adv. Do you guys think that it is legitimate and comply with TOS. I would definitely not like to do it if this is not. Though if this complies with TOS, this can provide you deep insight about your site visitors, their mindset and as well as analysing, what kind of ads do work :)..right?
Please advice.

It's not an unqualified endorsement, but in principle, if chosen and implemented properly, they should be fine.
