Weird activity in my web logs coming from adsense site using iframe

and css + what looks like obfuscation to hide it

Hi, I haven't posted here for sometime, but today I feel something really strange, possibly fraudulent is going on and I can't work it out at all so I need some help please?
There's been 145 referrals to my site today from a site that doesn't (I think) link to me. There weird activity in my web logs show hits coming from an adsense (publisher) site (1 page) using iframe and css + what looks like obfuscation to hide the fact that it's adsense. A visitor would only see a balank page with 2 hyperlinks on it. View source shows some kind of obfuscation. Viewing with css turned off shows an iframe with 2 adsense ads in it.

Searching on the domain brings up other peoples web logs with other similarly constructed iframe pages...

What I can't work out is why my logs are showing hits coming to my site from this page (my site does not advertise on Adwords).

Then there are the sub issues
Is it causing me or my site harm in any way?
Should I report it? if so how... and what exactly am I reporting?

hey ho, looks like everyone else here is as stumped by this as I am. I've banned the url in .htaccess anyway.

What I think they are doing is serving adsense to what appears to be a blank page (maybe that page is also include in an iframe elsewhere), and somehow drawing content relevancy for the adsense ads from my site!

I guess by disguising the links so much (they even hide the Ad description as well as the "ads by google" text) they are getting a lot of click through on some sites.

I have now established their adsense publisher ID.

Anyone else getting or had or seen this before?
