Does exit rate include adsense clicks?

Hello, I'm using a combination of AdSense an Adwords tracking and noticing that my pages with highest exit rates are my higest eCPM.

Is a click on AdSense link considered an exit?

How do you all track these exits? Would setting up a channel for that page and differentiating between visits and CTR help paint that picture?

Enlighten me, please!

I would think so. There should be no difference how user left, otherwise statistics would not be synchronized. 100 entered - 100 must exit

Well traditionally an 'exit' with respect to server logs would be when a request timed out? However, and correct me if I'm wrong please, Google Analytics uses javascript client side tracking code.. so I'm just wondering if it adjusts it's recording of the exit any differently if it's an AdSense click.... because some of my exit rates are curiously different in my server side logs and Google Analytics...
