Adsense Search box

Is there an alternative for it? I run a few websites and one of them contains questionable content, so I don't like to put the search box in that site. Is there an alternative to the adsense search box? Such that it does pay if a user searches through it and it must have the capability to search your own site! Like an implemented search.

Google Custom Search lets you search your site, the web, and/or niches. It's a simple box with a search button. No background, no logo, just "Google Custom Search" in transparent color in the search box but i've seen sites with a different text. The ads can be linked to your adsense account.

Edit: although it might not help for "questionable content".

Well, you get paid for clicks on the ads, no?

no he has just said that he can't use the adsense paid search box because of questionable content. He is using the unpaid google search box where the webmaster puts it on his/her website for free and gets paid exactly nothing.

I know of no such search alternatives that will work as quickly and efficiently as Google's search.

Nothing within their TOS will allow an adult-themed site to run Adsense or Search.
