I'm living in one of the South East Asia's country.

I found it tremendously increase my income as what I got in USD will be multiplied with 3.8

Roughly, it's 4 times.

Living in a low currency country compare to US Dollar is advantageous.

And I'll made an assumption that Britain will definitely get the lowest.

What do you think?

I live in the Philippines. If I make around $200 a month, this is already significant additional income for me as this would relate to about 11,000 pesos, which is three times minimum wage. But I also have a regular job, which makes it sweeter. Higher currency exchange rates don't necessarily relate to higher prices and cost of living. If you compare movie ticket prices, it's $10 in New York, or 550 pesos if strictly converted. But in reality it costs only 150 pesos here, a third of that, and you already get the whole dolby digital/THX, comfy seat package. If you buy cigarettes in New York, it's about $7 (~350 pesos) but where I live it's insanely cheap at 30 pesos (55 US cents). So what I am trying to say is that it's great to earn dollars in a third world country, especially if it doesn't take much effort to do so (in the case of Adsense). But don't pack your bags just yet, moving to a foreign country is no laughing matter.

Very sage advice. Take a very long vacation first and carry a laptop. If you don’t host your own site and don’t do your own shipping ect. this stuff can be done just about anywhere in the world.

Irock, if you are thinking Hong Kong because of language that should not be a big concern. English is spoken pretty well in South East Asia. Look for places that have long term travelers and avoid places that are full of package tourists. Language is not a big problem.
