How many times a day do you check your G.Adsense account?

Random Question...Out of curiosity

I have been tracking my earnings several times a day and was wondering if it is really worth the time and effort and stress it involves when you earn less a day. BUT, I think I am addicted to Google adsense and login several times during the day.

On average i login my google account 3-5 times/day during work.

How many times a day do you check your Google balance?

Well, Pengi, you've confirmed that I'm an AdSensaholic. I don't have that much traffic, and I have no idea what I'd do if there was a problem....

It's just the addiction that keeps me coming back.

Twice a day to make sure earnings are normal. I would hate to go more than a day and realize I had problems that could have been repaired.

I check as and when I am able or can be bothered. Over the holiday season I only checked once or twice a day, however, I normally check several times an hour - how sad is that? In the past I checked far less frequently, but over time, as my sites have grown, and as Google seems to implement new changes at the drop of a hat, I find it necessary to keep a much closer eye on things. We are all very familiar with the "Ive been banned and done nothing wrong" threads, and the more recent "Google have claimed back $200K from my account. I would rather know sooner rather than later if I have a problem - or if I am being click attacked.

Often when I'm testing new ideas and new pages. The more radical the adjustment, the more often.

Definitely addicting. On weekdays, I probably log in 10 times. What's more... I don't make daily changes and seldom have to fix anything based on what I find.

There's just something addictive from making money for doing nothing.

pbmadman: When you say earning money for doing nothing; consider the amount of time you've spent for years + the risk + the first few weeks of discouragements earning 2cents/month and ...
If making money through websites was that easy everyone would do it.

Hello,

Fortunately I have come out of that syndrome. I used to check many times a day.

But now its just once in a day and I have fixed a time for it. If I miss this time I check it on the next day:)

I'm with you - chikung.
The thrill usually subsides after the first year with Adsense.

3-4 times a day, but when I'm having a big day - I check it almost every hour.

I never want to miss a milestone click.
