Icon in a adsense unit

Just saw a advert on my site tonight with a icon in the url of a adsense advert. the icon is a shopping trolley with a few lines behind it to create a "motion blur" effect.

(I can post a link to this image on a unused domain of mine if that description doesn't make sense.)

Anyone else seen this? is it something that should be reported?
