Seen few threads on similar subject, but did not find the answer.

As far as I remember some senior members at WW have AdLogger installed, so it may worth attention.

How often did it block somebody for "unusual activity" on your site(s)?

As I understand it would not help in following scenario. Is that correct?
1) user opens page with adsense ad on it
2) clicks on adsense ad
3) hits back button
4) repeat steps 2-3 many times

Anyone banned from AdSense while AdLogger did not notice any "unusual activity"?

It helps in your scenario. If it couldn't, what would it be for?

Just go ahead and install it in 5 minutes and go through all the setup options and try a few days.

I've had to disable the report by email function whenever someone clicks more than once because it became so frustrating as a lot of legit people seem to click more than once too. You can even set it to show ads once or twice per IP per day. Seems to be the best option.

I heard it does not help.

Reason: gogle automaticaly give invalid clicks for certain ips who click a lot.
