Does a generic adsense revenue sharing module exist?

If you are not on a CMS (xoops, drupal, etc) is there an open source module that you can add to your social content website to share adsense revenue?

There are open source banner managers that will rotate ads for you though I don't remember the names. They will work in normal non CMS sites. However your plan may be quite risky as the entire domain can be banned for the actions of one user.
