I know there are lots of people and this site that are more than willing to help out when it comes to information and getting started.
I also know there are lots of people that think you should not help anyone and let them learn on their own. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Im new to all this and trying to figure it out, any help or informatin would be great.

Welcome to WW chewie100,
After reading a lot, you will be able to ask the right kind of questions, so start reading.

You then need to ask a question in order to get an answer :)

Welcome to WW Chewie100!

Believe me when I say, most folks at WW are more than happy to help with Adsense-related questions.

However, no one is interested in reinventing the wheel! Most Adsense topics for beginners have been covered numerous times, and can be located by doing a search at WW or Google.

Plus, you should always be sure to seek guidance from the source itself: http://www.google.com/adsense [google.com], where you will find a plethora of information about heatmaps, optimization, and styling.

Good luck!

Welcome to WebmasterWorld chewie100! Are you looking for information about AdSense (displaying ads on your site) or AdWords (buy adspace in search results and on other sites)?

What does "some help" mean?
Without a question there can be no answer, or:

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there..

Thanks for all the responses, well i have figured out what adwords are and how they work. Now im wondering how you make money off them, i do have a site for a small business i run but other than that how can i use them to make money in other areas.

And im not asking you to give me all your secrets or a blue print, just some general info. I understand its hard dealing with a new comer, just remember when you were all new to this how nice it would have been to get thrown a bone now and then.

thanks again

Signup for Google AdSense account, login to your AdSense account, generate ad code, and place somewhere on your site.
I think that is the only thing you can do with it.

Hi Welcome to Webmster World

I believe Google provide some illustrations of how Adsense may work for you. They'd be well worth a look.

[google.co.uk...]

If it's help with AdWords you're looking for, try the Google AdWords Forum - just next door.

If there is something specific you need to know ask a guestion.

For general advice "Content is King" sums it up.
