I don't know if there was another thread on this, but any of you guys read these testimonials via your account screens? Interesting how Google is starting to really put out the message of the money that can be made, listing sites and in a couple of instances, even the money they make.

They mentioned one site making $1400 a day. About $40,000 a month. Pretty good.

This may have been on my screen for a while and I just never read them.

The key to reduce smartpricing is simple. Convert more ad clicks to sales. There really is no other way around it. With this is mind, there is also very little you as a publisher can do, other than get your targetting spot on. We might get people to click, but we can't make them spend money :P

IMO you can't know for certain. Smart pricing is a discount for advertisers, and a reduction in the average amount publisher are paid.

If your average earning per click drops, that may be due to smartpricing. It ALSO may be due to an advertiser or advertisers dropping their bids, to an advertiser stopping their ads, to changes in visitor behavior, and so on....
