Seeing that you have been banned twice already, I think it's a matter of time before Google discovers you're back in, especially now that you actually posted it here and alerted Google, and bans you again. Multiple clicks may be the least of your worries.

first time google banned me coz invalid clicks, and google stopped big check for me,and lost much moneyyy i paid for adwords and advertistment,....google didn't told me why they banned me exactly...
after about 2 months,i register with my brother name,...i earned about 2500$(2months),before google send me my first check,,google disbaled my account for invalid clicks

Good luck!

Yes.

I also think that Google will disable any account that believe you to be associated with. For instance, i would expect them to disable your friends account as well once they find out you are involved with it.

I'm afraid that they do usually mean "banned for life".

If it really is a friend's account, and not just another account for yourself, I think you should tell your friend about your history. I know that if you were my friend, and you had been banned twice, I might think twice about accepting any of your advice about my AdSense account.

Pengi is correct. That association could be if you bring up his account on your computer, or on any computer that has been associated with your banned account.
