Anybody from Slovakia with business account?

This is VAT question. Do we have to pay VAT from our adsense earnings?

We want to open our business account with adsense, but we're confused about VAT. We know that adsense earning doesn't contain VAT. If there is anybody run such business here in Slovakia, is adsense earning subject to VAT? Do we have to pay VAT for government from our adsense earnings?

Your Adsense income is same as any other income from abroad (outside the European Union). I suppose your situation depends on whether you are registered for VAT or not. Ask your accountant, I'm sure they'll be able to help.

Try to look on the check/EFT datas. If the sender is Google Inc. US&A (have you seen Borat :]), you must pay VAT tax. But if the sender is Google Ireland (company inside EU), you didn't.

Don't think so. I think I have to pay tax if the sender is Google Ireland and will not if sender is Google USA

Since you have a contract with Google Inc. who makes you fill out (potentially) W-8 and W-9 forms, it clearly a contract with a US company, as such no VAT is to be charged to Google Inc from inside the EU. As you didn't collect VAT, you don't need to give the VAT to the local government.

Companies don't "pay" VAT, they collect VAT from their customers, they pay (less) VAT to their suppliers and they give the difference to the local government The VAT was never theirs, they collect it on behalf of the government, the VAT they paid might not always qualify for recuperation.

VAT rates for foreign services inside the EU is a tricky business (and we all should lobby they cut it out and handle services like they handle goods). VAT for customers outside the EU is simple: 0%.
