I know there are up to 200 links you can reject. Just fish out the url of the site and place it in the filter.

But is there any way I can totally and completely block all the public ads served by adsense. I saw some fella have already been pondering to get rid of these ads, but can anyone show me any advice?

Thanks.

Run alternative ads. For information on how to do that, see:

do you have any alternative ad service to recommend?

No, I can't give you any recommendations, because what works for one site won't necessarily work for others. The most obvious alternative ads would be banners or skyscrapers from traditional ad networks like Burst or Tribal Fusion, ads with links to affiliate programs on your site's topic, or ads of your own that promote other content, products, or services on your site.
