im not sure if i was clear. i already knew my account was disabled. i sent the appeal, but they sent an email back saying that we shut your account down so click fraud can stop and if u wanna make an apeal you can only contact them through the form provided.

i did that already... does that mean they didnt get my appeal?

no, it means that you have unluckily been picked up by one of the many incompetent google <addresses> who delights in not reading emails and instead fires off automated replies to whatever you send.

try rewording your email to include something that is impossible to answer automatically (with the wrong answer) and see what happens

I did not even send them an EMAIL, i sent them the appeal form...

i sent an EMAIL this time, replying to the address which sent it to me. so far i have not received anything automated, so i guess the email address is not automated. Hopefully this time i will get an email back from a real person...

Sorry if this appears harsh, but in having an adsense account for nearly three years I've always found adense support to be fair and reasonable.

When I've accidentally clicked on my own ads, they have understood and I don't think they have removed the click either. When I had a layout that unknowingly contravened the TOS because a flying menu obscured the ads they just asked me to change it. Generally, when I've emailed them they have mostly answered in person - even if they sometimes clearly don't understand the question.

We have, over the years here seen members being reinstated when genuine mistakes have happened. So I do wonder if the reason this hasn't progressed is that they do indeed have a genuine reason for the suspension. I do agree that they are lax in communicating sometimes, so understand your frustration in this.

Agreed. I have received the best support from the Adsense guys.

Funny how everyone that gets banned turns out to be a poor innocent webmaster that goes to church every day and does charity work and was just randomly kicked out by the big bad Google for no reason at all

I'm pretty sure that not everyone banned or suspended is actually guilty... With a system as large and complicated as adSense, there are always going to be cases where the circumstances are suspicious, but the reality is the webmaster has done nothing wrong. That said, I've only ever had a positive response from Google support, so I do have to wonder a little bit when people get this 'blank' response. Frankly, if Google has your home IP clicking your own ads 50 times, you can cry innocent all you want, and I wouldn't blame them for not responding. I do know of cases where companies have spent a morning clicking on competitors ads. Horrified as I was, I'm sure it happens quite a lot, but I'm sure Google would be able to spot that sort of thing.
