AdSense in a frame

Is this still ok? Where is the checkbox?

I've got a site that has a good amount of traffic but uses frames... I've been wanting to try AdSense on that site ever since Google started allowing AdSense on framed pages, but I just never got around to it.

2 questions which I can't find answers to:

1.) I don't see the checkbox to specify that the adsense code will be placed on a framed page. I swear it used to be there. Is this automatic now?

2.) When someone clicks on an ad within the framed page, will a new page open up? Otherwise I'm afraid the target website will open in the frame, which wouldn't be good. I don't have any way to test this other than to click on the ad, and I don't want to do that...

Thanks...

I recall a notice recently that the checkbox was no longer necessary, as they automatically detect frames now.
