There are a lot of threads on this in the forum's library that are worth reading.

Tried and tested methods include blocking MFA's, only having one ad block per page, limiting ad blocks to pages they work on. You should also work on content quality, and getting good organic traffic from search engines as opposed to buying traffic via adwords.

I have the same problem in past 3 month.
What we need to do? and how much time after the changes we w'll see results/effect.
Thanks.

Work hard, spend time, loose your real life
and after couple years may be (may be) you will win.

Just make real and interesting sites and forget about adsense and making money. The visitors and links and accurate targeting follow naturally.
