advice on improvement pls

my site is 6 months old. i got 35 dolas for last month and the site receives 13k impressions per month. 35 dolars is the highest i ever received in a month. any advice on improvement pls.

First and foremost work on traffic, 1,000 page views daily is too little to make any money.

As for the details, you will need to optimize your pages for max revenue, Google has good tips which you should start with right after memorizing the TOS, here is the tips page:

Start doing some testing. You have enough traffic that you should get good enough results.

Every site and demographic is different. You have to tweak your ads according to your website.

Whilst the statement is not untrue I beg to differ, as the "make money" part of the equation has a lot to do with a) how well filtered or pre-qualified is your traffic; b) what is your traffic looking for (momentary entertainment versus buying car insurance); c) how well your website converts/drives traffic that converts; amongst other variables.

Ya, more traffic can and usually does make a positive difference but more traffic can also burn through your monthly bandwidth allotment without accomplishing much more.
