In the past 3 months i had 4 conversions for just $0.55.
Exactly how can i earn $1 per conversion?

Can I ask my webesite members to download google pack or it's against the tos doing so? I don't put adsense there because I don't want to have repeat clickers. So maybe my site can make money from google pack.

Ditto. In my part of the world , I am lucky if they pay USD 0.10

The referrals are crap and I have 60% US traffic.

Referrals pay handsomely for me and make 1/3 my AdSense income, PPA is not for the faint hearted, not a great fan of the concept myself but it does make good money if the right product meets the right web site.

Actually it would then pay to build a website geared to market the referrals (with content of course) and link to that site/page.

They want those funny pieces of paper with ink on them and dead presidents. I don't think they like the ones with pictures of the Queen (are you supposed to capitalize Queen?)

AdSensers should pay for drinks with clicks not funny papers. Google should have made its own currency 3 years ago, maybe then the public can finally explain to us what SmartPricing really is.
