I am very glad to see that Google is reaching out to high level publishers and asking their opinions and interest in future upgrades to adsense. I encourage all users who were sent the survey to take part in it and express any concerns or comments you may have. It is a great chance we have to be able to give google feedback on adsense.

"High level"

Do you think this survey was just sent to publishers who met some unknown criteria?

I'd think that they would likely sample a wide cross section of the user publisher base. But who knows, maybe not.

Anything interesting? Or can't you say?

Good point, i assumed it was for high traffic sites, but who knows, could be for the least liked publishers!

It was in an email that says they are sampling a "select group" of publishers. Basic questions like what do you like best, what do you like least, how satisfied are you with each of the following (customer service, ad targeting, reports, payout, etc).

It asked not to forward the email to other folks, as it "carefuly selected a group of adsense publishers".

Yeah I received the email for survey. Not sure whether I'm a "high level" publisher, I only earns $x,**** per month from adsense.

I'm a "high level" publisher and why don't I get any survey email from Google?

Seems like a random group of folks that got the survey. Maybe related to time with the program?

Either way, if you did get the email, complete the survey and let them know what you like and do not like. Many of us have at least 1 underlying issue with the program, so it appears to be a good way to get heard.

Definitely not high level users being selected. I have lots of affiliate sites, but my AdSense sites make me maybe a dollar a day. Got the survey, too.

ok, here is the deal on the survey, it seems like google is definently adding some more developments. They gave you a list of enhancements to adsense and ask you to rate which ones you would like to see most. There were alot of questions about how much you rely on google for income. It asked what your hosting was from or if you ran your site off your own servers. That's all I can remember for the moment, I just remember saying I like the customer support alot for a question.

The gift of one higher PageRank number for completing the survey was welcome, too. :-)

I found the "what's the most important aspect of AdSense to you" a strange question given that one of the multi-choice answers was "the amount of money you make for me".

Did anyone not tick that option out of interest?

>I'd think that they would likely sample a wide cross section of the user publisher base

That would be the most valid way to do it.

I didn't get the surveys, but this is my wish list:
-More visits to my pages
-Higher CTR on the ads
-Higher bids on the keywords by advertisers
-Check delivered to my house by supermodels

Maybe it's just as well I didn't get it. :)

I think you have to be 'opted in' to receive the surveys anyhow, regardless if you consider yourself to be a high flyer or not. For those who missed out on the survey, check your account details to see if you opted for them in the first place (the last paragraph in the login information panel should tell you).
