Site Target -- can we push this feature to potential advertisers?

I know that I should not mention my Google ads or ask users to click on them, but I'm developing an advertising policies & rates page for direct advertisers, and wondering if I can mention the fact that they also have the option of using site target through Google Adwords? I am assuming the answer is yes, but thought I'd better check.

ONLY For Referrals Google says:

You can endorse products you've enjoyed using and encourage your users to do the same

i.e. yes you can for AdWords, FireFox..

Think you got it wrong Hobbs. He's asking if he can tell ADVERTISERS to target his site through AdWords.

I think there should be no problem if you do that. The advertisers are going to spend money in adwords, you're helping Google to recruit more advertisers and you're harming nobody.

This question seems a bit naive - Google includes adwords in the referal section. Referals are not like Adsense for Content, it is ok to talk about them and encourage people to click through, because they are not paid per click, the are paid per action.
My 'about' pages all tell people they can advertise on my site by joining adwords (through my link).
