One year of adsense

Wish list for this year

It almost a year of adsense. I have adsense for about 10 months and it is simply great. Can wait to check my stats in the morning :). However Adsense will be great if it can.
1) Provide alternative payment solutions (Wire transfer, paypal etc)
2) More details on if we can do double serving and ad should not be repeated.
3) Option to include css with adsense and complete control over the ad (currently for premium publishers)
4) End of days stats to be mailed or smsed
6) Delivery of cheque via International courier (Fed ex, bludart etc) It will be ok if they would cut the charge from our account.
7) Early notification of the next Google update :-)

For me, just one wish:
Adsense’s status-quo (EPC, well-targeted ads, etc.) is the same or better.

1. IP Filter to avoid self-click.
2. Custom width and height.
3. Custom grid unit per row, per column.
4. Custom the location of 'Ad by Google' (e.g. Top-Left, Bottom-left)
5. Add my own text AD to each alternative grid. (Current are PSA or alternative URL)
6. Public allow two or more ADs per page. Not only paste two scripts to HTML, but use one script to display more ADs.
7. Transfer AdSense funds to AdWord account.

One more:
Stats should display the number of alternate ads shown in a separate column. I believe these are currently not accounted for anywhere in the stats.
