Is it OK if your javascript menu system covers part of the google ads when the menu is activated by the user? I know that you cant cover any part of the ads with static page elements, but what about a user activated JS menu system?

Is there any chance of the user "missing" the menusystem and inadvertently clicking the adsense ads? any chance at all? if so it may be a bit sketchy...
