I recently made some changes to comply with the TOS (this is like yesterday...) emailed google and they replied with "Thanks for the changes, this will ensure continued success yada yada"

Well the changes I made included changing from a leaderboard to a large square type ad, situated in the middle of my content. This has changed my ctr by 110% - and also a new feaure I added last night has increased traffic somewhat. I am worried that his large increase in CTR and traffic might trigger some kind of alarm bells..

Any idea on what action I should take if any?

I wouldn't worry. They'll just adjust downward your EPC to offset your increased CTR and your income (and thus their expense) will remain the same.;)

I worried Pwdork got a point. That is what I worried most. My experince with the adsense is, no matter what I do, the ctr is extractly 1.000%

Yes, i am a bit cynical. At times it seems G has decided my site is worth $X/day. No matter what the # of clix, the epc always equals X/# of clix, where X is a constant that I can't mention, rather than a variable.
