AdSense ad serving is down - seeing PSA's Everywhere

All AdSense sites running PSAs only

Right now I'm seeing PSA's on every Adsense sites I visit. I'm also not seeing any ads on the Google search site. Can anyone else confirm?

Its true, the only thing worse than not haviing ww would be to come here and not find this thread.
I imagine those answering the phones at Google are happy webmasterworld is here too.

I wonder where the first place people went was when they found out about this. I know I came here first and I suspect that is where most people would go. So why doesn't this forum rank #1 when it is arguably the best source for info on Adsense?

Yes I just checked several sites I know about and I am seeing PSA's as well. These sites have never had PSA's on them.

After having 70% of my Adsense revenue taken by G I was wondering how they'd get rid of the rest.

Even the New York Times has PSA ads. I've never seen that before.

I just went to my site to do something only to find out that everything is PSA!

I don't think this is an algo problem. Looks like a hardware problem to me. This is the first time I've seen this happen. When you deal with equipment, these kind of things are going to happen.

wow, I'm glad this forum is here. I just shot off an email to the google adsense team because of all PSAs showing on my site.

I came here and found out I'm not the only one. I should have come here first and saved them the email.

Something is wrong, but the money are still comming in my account.
I see only PSA on my server, so here is one question :)

Maybe they are only showing a large amount of PSA's to the IP's that acces Adsense accounts.

I'm sure we will be back to normal soon, as ASA suggests. I am wondering what could possibly have caused this? I would think Google has extreme contingency plans for every conceivable breakdown.

Those stats are not real time. I've seen delays of six hours or more before they show up on stats page. They are really slow in the morning, eastern time.

BTW, have anyone experienced a major decrease in EPC just before this accident?

Thanks everyone for your patience! I've been told that ad serving is back to normal, so you should be seeing targeted ads on your pages again.

got a lovely image in my head of a bunch of techies running around the plex on what would normally be a laid-back friday afternoon - feverish brow, panic-stricken eyes darting swiftly back and forth...(who tripped over the cord?)
