I think google now allow to display multi adsense unit in one page. But you must use the same Ad format and it seems you still need to make sure no duplicated ads are displayed in the same page.

I wonder if G would automatically serve different ads if I were to put one Banner at the top and bottom of a page (same format).

creepychris

Why don't you put a "Leader Board" block of ads between EVERY line of content on your site :>

Longen,

"Why don't you put a "Leader Board" block of ads between EVERY line of content on your site"

I think that is coming ...lol

not from me, but this new TOS may mean just that.

That's too funny!

I'm surprised no one is talking about the fact that we now have to display "related queries" again?

It seems to me that Google with its line of "but no Ad Unit shall contain any advertisement in common with any other Ad Unit statement is informing you of something rather than telling you what to do.

It seems like a statement to me. Google is saying "We won't put more than 1 of the same ad on each page, just letting you know"

Doesn't mean that they will do it, just means that they might... but you are right they probably will.

My opinion - I don't think Google would permit the use of more than one Adsense ad on one page. Don't you think it opens up the door for mass abuse? I'm hoping it doesn't mean no affiliate ads, too...

Notice you will never get paid if you never get over $1.00, not even at the end of the year! Golly, I'll bet they didn't like sending out the thousands of 20 cent checks! Now if only they increased that to $20.00 at the end of the year. They should simply delete all those dead acounts every December 31st, dead being any account that goes 30 days with out generating a click.

Anyone remember if the old one had the "related Google search queries" phrase under program participation?

As in, you agree they can serve those with the ads.

From the FAQ:

"Please show only one ad unit per page."

Then two lines later...

"Multiple ad units may be displayed on each Web site page, but no ad unit can contain any advertisement in common with any other ad unit."

Ok I have multiple accounts for different websites. Wasn't trying to cheat anybody just wanted to see which sites performed better.

What's the best way to beg forgiveness and not get thrown out?

Don't use this as your defense:

just wanted to see which sites performed better.
