Here in the UK, I also report all zeros on earnings and clickthrough rates for today. First time I have ever noticed this.

On page impressions, from a usual 11,000 per day, I have around 200 being displayed. All the adverts are still being displayed on my websites though.

An answer received from the Google team, to keep your minds settled in case you are having zero reporting:

Reports on impressions and clicks are usually updated every fifteen to thirty minutes. Occasionally there will be a delay of 24 hours or more in the reports you
see on the website. We assure you that your clicks and impressions are being tracked even if they do not show up immediately on your reports.

My reports update within the time frame cited by Google (every 15 to 30 minutes). However, the reported numbers usually lag behind the actual numbers until late afternoon or early evening, when the numbers get back into synch.

Should I start worrying?

Don't worry. It happened to me yesterday. I sent a message to Google they said there may have 24h delay. Just sit and relax.

Very low reported clicks today - so it sounds like it's a general delay on Adsense at the moment.

Pffff... Finally, some statistics, allthough the impressions and clicks are impossibly low...

Man, this could be a perpetual thread.

It happens to different folks on a random "schedule".

No stats, poor stats, slow stats, etc.

Personally I've come to the conclusion that todays (any days) stats won't really be worth looking at untill the following morning at best.

Beyond that, it just a time wasting addiction.

........sigh, ok fine, I'm addicted! :)

I disagree. It seems to be very consistent to me. When my stats are behind, it seems like everyone's stats are behind and vice-versa.

I only got XX page impressions today instead of my usual XXXXX. I guess Adsense is way behind on their reports today?

skunker, my reports look normal. There have been at least a few occasions where some subset of publishers had reports that either had no data or lagged while others had no problems.

There was a thread a week or two about some publishers having blank data for more than 24 hours - I was one of them. Late the following morning the data reappeared.
