As for how much to make.. I don't know for sure, but I know content is the key here. I rearranged my whole site to display adsense better per say, and some say if your site is filled with lots of text sometimes the ads are missed or depending where you place them it could be center of attention. I suppose it depends on alot of factors. I'm new to the program myself, and seeing good results, but I'm sure a more veteran adsense webmaster can tell you more.
Good program by the way.. I'm very happy so far, it's worth joining even just to try.
If you do decide to try it for a week or two, remember that commissions must be at least $100 to receive a payout.
To clarify what clearvision wrote, if your balance is under $100 at the end of the calendar year, Google will pay you your entire balance. That is better than many affiliates who hold balances indefinitely until a threshold is met.
no i am not because i never gave exact figure it would be different if i was say i am getting this many click for this amount of $ plus Clickthrough rate and Page impressions
and i said nothing of that sort. if you search you will find many posts containg what i said in my post.
There have been reports here of people getting kicked off the AdSense program for fraudulent clicks, who have protested that they hadn't caused them.
You're right - I've read those threads here. When I was referring to inferior performance I meant low CTR or effective CPM below a certain threshold, not fraud.
