Title always black?

I can't change the title color for 728x90 leaderboard text ads? no matter what I put in, the title is always black? Is it just me?

can't change it with a 468 x 60 either?

Any Ideas? does this not happen to anyone else? Should I ask google about it?

In my source the link color is 008080 and I setup it up with 008080 but it will only display as 000000?

I feel I will get more clicks if they match the links on my page, but, now they can only match the text!

You are doing through the Colour Palettes?

Sometimes if you change the colours through the coding it does not work. I have no idea why however when done through the Palettes I have have not had a problem.

Is it just me?
