What is the normal wait time for a reply from Adsense support?

I have a pretty important question regarding an update to my account information that would (I think) require Adsense to not only reply, but assist.

I don't think I've ever emailed Adsense support before, so I was just wondering how long it typically takes to get a reply these days?

I'm not asking because I'm impatient, but instead because I just want to make sure it, ya know, got to them. It's been more than a day now, and I never got any kind of auto-reply. Just wondering if that is normal.

The reply on my mail a few days ago was there within three hours, but normally it takes one to three business days before you see a (canned) response in your mailbox.

My experience is with the Dutch Google office so there may be differences in response time for other countries.

i've sent 2 emails to AS support.. i had responses to each in 1-2 business days..
